Fats should not be tagged as something evil and tagged for elimination. Even those labeled as bad fats should not be removed entirely from our system. These play a vital role in supplying the body of much needed nutrients and important for the production of hormones. Being healthy is not eliminating a food group from our diet. It is following a healthy diet complete of all nutrients that helps us live a healthier life.
