7. Switch to whole wheat breads.
8. Snack on fresh fruits and veggies and be careful of the sugar content in some, such as bananas, mangos and carrots.
Losing weight naturally is better than liposuction and is not difficult with a few changes. Exercise for fun and eat for pleasure.
