There are hundreds of easy ways that you can lose those few extra holiday pounds. Tracking your eating habits, walking instead of taking the elevator, packing healthy lunches, can all go a long way to helping you lose those extra holiday pounds.

Don’t fall into the trap of getting discouraged if you’re not losing weight as quickly as you would like to. It’s too easy to gain additional weight when in reality you need to lose a few pounds.

    Watching foods

Losing weight does not require some magic formula. Instead it requires you to pay attention to the foods that you select for each meal.

Fruits and vegetables, healthy grains, and proper preparation can go a long way in helping you meet your weight loss goals.

Instead of high fat snacks, pack small bags of fresh vegetables to keep with few to ward off hunger pains. Most of us turn to a high fat snack, when there is not a handy alternative.

Common sense, moderate exercise, and a little planning can help you keep your new year’s resolution to lose weight without liposuction.

Do you know what causes double chins?

Most people have no idea what causes the double chin and they often think that losing weight will help with the double chin.  Not so, double chins are caused by an extra layer of fat that we have in our necks.

    Solutions?
